These Terms of Use form a legal agreement regarding the use of the albarakaaz.com website and its services. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Purpose of the site
The site is intended for organizing humanitarian aid, recruiting volunteers and establishing contact with donors. Information provided herein is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
3. Rules of site usage
When using the site, you agree to follow these rules:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
- Respect the rights of others, including their personal data
- Not interfere with the site's operation, not place viruses, bots or malicious software
- Not collect data through automated means (robots, scrapers)
- Not submit applications under a false identity or pretend to be another person
4. Acceptance and processing of donations
- Each donation request submitted through the site is voluntary.
- Donation amounts are non-refundable — exceptions are possible only in case of a technical error and upon your request.
- Every donation is confirmed by the organization through photo and video reports of completed projects.
- Sharia-based payments (sadaqah, zakat, kaffarah) are directed in accordance with the relevant fiqh rulings.
- The donor bears personal responsibility for the legality and accuracy of the payment.
5. Volunteer applications
The form you fill out to volunteer is used to contact you. The organization reviews each application individually and responds within 14 calendar days on acceptance or rejection. Volunteer status is granted on the basis of an agreement.
6. Intellectual property rights
All content on the site — texts, images, videos, logo, graphics, design — belongs to Al Baraka Azerbaijan and is protected by copyright law. Copying, distribution and modification for commercial purposes without written permission are prohibited. You may share news and reports provided that the source is credited.
7. Third-party links
Our site may contain links to third-party websites (social media, partner organizations, payment systems). The organization is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those websites.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is." The organization does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or correct functioning of third-party services (e.g., payment systems). The organization is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site.
9. Changes to these Terms
The organization may unilaterally amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the site. Continued use after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations. If agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the appropriate court of Baku.
